Anyone that has practiced law knows that many times winning gets down to preparation, seeing the justice, creativity in applying the facts and law, and way the attorney communications his case.

·         Preparation. A prepared attorney knows “all” the facts of his case because one fact –omitted or included - can make a great difference between a good argument or a great one – between justice and injustice.
